In order to fulfill the obligation of environmental labeling of packaging, the use of digital channels is always allowed (e.g., Apps, QR codes, websites), consistent with the process of technological innovation and simplification, moreover a key aspect provided for within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP). Such digital channels can completely replace or “supplement” the information directly on the packaging.
